Online Education Ltd (Code Avengers) hosts a variety of events throughout the year. The following provides important information concerning any request to cancel or request a refund of fees for our events.
Cancellation Refund Requested by Customer
Any request by a registered program participant (registrant) must be received in writing via email to the event contact address that is provided in your online registration receipt and registration confirmation email.
For fee-based events, a request for cancellation (and refund) will be accepted up to the deadline time of 12:00 PM Noon, 14 business days in advance of the event.
If the cancellation request is received after the deadline, we cannot issue a refund.
All approved refunds are subject to an administration fee to offset charges. This fee is equal to 10% of the registration fee.
Unless otherwise stated in event registration information, if Code Avengers or its event partner cancels an event, all registrants will receive a full refund of fees paid (no administration charges) no later than 14 business days following the cancellation date of the event.
Code Avengers reserves the right to consider any and all requests for refunds on grounds of misadventure, illness or emergency.
All refunds will be made using the original form of payment and currency.
Any of the above policies can be further expanded and we request that registrants review all registration information for any additional information or limitations that may apply to an event or program.
